Welcome to United Pearl Tech. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our applications.

1. License to Use

United Pearl Tech grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and run our applications on devices owned or controlled by you, strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes, and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the applications.
  • Modify, translate, adapt, merge, make derivative works of, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the applications.
  • Use the applications for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates local, state, national, or international laws.

3. Intellectual Property

All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents, and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on the applications belong to United Pearl Tech. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The applications are provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, United Pearl Tech, on its own behalf, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall United Pearl Tech be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the applications.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the applications will cease immediately, and you must delete all copies of the applications from your devices.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
